The Language Specifications

To specify ODL we use the BNF notation with the following typographic conventions:

non terminal are in standard font and in lowcase.

-

token are in bold font, and surrounded with <> if they denote a set of tokens.

-

optional grammar symbols are surrounded with open and close brackets.
